The theme of this release is enhancements within Cloud Administration Tools and updates to the documentation for installation guidance.

Prerequisites

• This solution is compatible with OneStream Platform v8.

• This release requires a minimum 6.0 Platform release.

• This release supports an overinstall for previous releases. Reach out to your OneStream Software representative for questions regarding the overinstall process.

• OneStream strongly recommends uninstalling the UI for Cloud Administration Tools before installation. Any modifications to settings must be redone.

New Features

Application Management

• System administrators can:

  • Copy, replace, or create new applications across environments. (MP3-2823)

  • Remove applications in an environment. (MP3-2725)

  • Reset environments manually using the Reset IIS functionality. (MP3-2800)

Key Management

• System administrators can:

  • Manage key security by uploading a key certificate to the Azure Key Vault.See Key Management. (MP3-2950)

  • Enable or disable the functionality to manage the Azure Key Vault. (MP3-3034)

  • Access Secrets and Certificates (only administrators on Platform 8.0). (MP3-3699)

Enhancements

• Reset IIS automatically queues when applications are copied or removed. (MP3-3507)

• Cloud Administration Tools home page displays key performance indicators and an overview of actions taken in User Management and Application Management. (MP3-3395)
